Status	Description
0	Accepted (Temporary status, the payment is accepted, but has not been committed to the acquirer.)
11	Processing (Temporary status, the payment is waiting for a notification from the acquirer.)
14	Approved (Final status, the payment is approved.)
15	Declined (Final status, the payment is declined.)

Refund Transaction Status

Status	Description
0	Accepted (Temporary status, the transaction is accepted, but has not been committed to the acquirer.)
10	Processing (Temporary status, the transaction is waiting for a notification from the acquirer.)
20	Approved (Final status, the transaction is refunded.)
30	Declined (Final status, the transaction is failed.)
