Merchant Access and Integration Guide

This section lists the steps to access us and integration so that merchants can start real-time transactions.

Step 1: Contact us

You can send an email to [email protected] to contact our sales team.

In your email, you can briefly describe your business scenario and needs. And we will contact you within a workday. Your email should preferably include the following content:

• Brand Name

• Company Name

• Website

• Email

Step 2: Provide Business Information

We will collect your business information, which will include your company's basic information and business situation.

Step 3: KYB Review

Our compliance officer will review your company and business situation. If approved, we will initialize merchant information for you and send it to you, includes:

• Username

• Password

• Link of Merchant Console

After receiving these information, you should change the Password of Merchant Console firstly.

Note: Navigate to User Center / User Center / Change Password

Step 4: Integration

Before starting the integration, you should retrieve the credentials from Merchant Console and provide them to your tech team. The credentials includes:

• Merchant ID

• Security Key

• API Host

Note: Navigate to User Center / User Center / Basic Information

Important: Leaking Password and Security Key to others is risky

Now, your tech team can integrate CPay into your application. And if you have any technical question, please navigate to section API Reference.

Step 5: Testing

We strongly recommend that you make enough cases to test your integration before going live. The test cases should cover:

• Every payment channel for you

• Every currency of all payment channels

Step 6: Go Live

To go live, please inform us in advance, we will double check your credentials and provide some advices according to your business.

Step 7: Continuous Support

If you have any questions or concerns about integration, we will provide continuous support. Feel free to contact us for assistance.
